Philosophy at Our School
The practice of yoga fosters awareness and compassion in one's inner and outer landscapes. With awareness and compassion people can positively change their lives, and eventually the world.
I believe that personal awareness directly tickles into community awareness. Ultimately I teach to spread kindness and peace, starting from the inside.
At our yoga school a holistic approach is used in all of our class integrating movement with breath awareness and meditation, all adapted to the unique needs to each practitioner. Everyone is unique, everyone has different needs.
Yoga is not about "achievement" or performing in a posture, but to experience yourself in it.
Our school carries an atmosphere that is strongly conducive to learning and growth all set in a warm and safe environment that values community.

Yin & RESTORATIVE YOGA
allows you to connect back to what's within, attuning to your inner landscapes, slow down your pace and balance your nervous system. We use props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation and embodied awareness. Relieves the effects of negative stress encountered in daily life, highly beneficial for everyone. Learn more
utilizes special and tailored techniques (postures, pranayama, mindfulness, traditional psychotherapy) to target the physical and psychological aspects of stress, anxiety and depression. In Yoga Therapy specific "embodied" tools are explored to facilitate mental and emotional awareness and well-being. Learn more
