Ashtanga yoga is a demanding practice. Strength, stamina and sweat are unique aspects of this yoga tradition. the result of this practice is a strong, flexible and relaxed body and mind.
NEW TO ASHTANGA YOGA? Just come by and try out a class (first class is €7) - beginners are welcome on Tuesdays 18:00-19:30 at Moesstraat 47 OR Wednesdays 17:45-19:15 at Lijnbaanstraat 12.
