Ashtanga Yoga Stories
The Yoga Stories of the Practitioners of our School
Often, after practice and with a cup of tea one can hear conversations about the 'practice', the benefit, the "problems", the joy or struggle with poses and the breathing, the quality of the yoga mats, the yoga at home and outside the mat, in a retreat, in a workshop, all the different kinds of yoga etc. ... These talks are often interesting. Somehow people want to share their experience. And it seems that an important question then is: what does yoga do for/with you?
Apart from all the yoga philosophy, these personal stories of yogi's finding connection, strength, flexibility and relaxation through practice - inward as outward - is interesting and fascinating, and can be inspiring for everyone!
Here we share these stories of our practitioners. The stories are collected by Rob and Maxi interviewing practitioners.
Thanks to all of you who participate in this project and share your stories. You all inspire us.
