A regular morning at our yoga school

Practicing yoga in the Mysore-style is very powerful, a movement meditation where you practice to your capacity under one-on-one guidance of a teacher. With the teacher you build up your practice step-by-step allowing your nervous system - and all bodily systems - to integrate all information without overwhelm or exhaustion. 

It's a deeply rooting practice that leaves you with good energy and benefits you much to meet all the demands of your day. And yes, the wonderful side effects of this practice are - among others - that you will develop more strength and flexibility in body as in mind, become more conscious about your inner roadmap and automatic reactions, your intuition muscle grows as well as your compassion .... all over time helping you make more favorable decisions for your life.

Our school welcomes and is shaped of pracitioners of all walks of life, age, gender, body-type, nationality and capacity. Everyone who wants to practice can practice, no fancy clothes required, no need to be flexible or strong; the only requirement is to show up regularly. The yoga works, the big benefits will reveal themselves to you, when you practice regularly, towards daily.

We love welcoming newcomers to our community and practice!

The time lapse is from a typical morning at our school. I start my self-practice at 5.20h, and we chant the opening chant at 7.00h.  Slowly people arrive rolling out their mats a bit before or after 07.00h. In this video four hours are compressed into 51 seconds.
