Mysore - Vinyasa Krama
Practicing in the Mysore style yoga format, practitioners will benefit from receiving direct one-on-one guidance from the teacher, and will grow in their practice with a gradual step-by-step approach respecting the student's pace. A class where beginners practice alongside more seasoned practitioners. A setting for community and real self-growth.
Practitioners in a Mysore class receive individual supervision and adjustments, much more than what is possible during a led (talk through) class. With a little bit of time, teacher and practitioner get to know each other, and the teacher will understand the unique needs of each practitioner and fine-tune practice according to the physical, energetic and mental constitution of each practitioner. Arguably, the best way to learn and be in practice - respecting your own pace and capability.
In the Mysore practice you will learn yoga in the Vinyasa Krama style, thus, you will learn a practice that suits you best. This practice will be either a traditional Ashtanga yoga practice, but can also draw from Chandra Krama (Moon Sequence), Yin and Restorative yoga - all depending on your unique needs. A practice that will altogether bring you more peace, space and strength in body and mind: a unique practice for you.
To attend our classes no previous experience is needed but we ask a minimum commitment of following 5 classes, otherwise it doesn't make sense!
